Marriage after overstay visa
I have a nephew who averstayed his visa,left the country on a volontary departure,he has a girl friend still wants to marry him.he's out of the united states how this can happen and how long will it take him to come back ti the U.S.He overstayed over a year.

unforunately he overstayed for over one year. he may not be able to enter the us for 3 to 10 yrs depending on how long he overstayed. it all depends on the date his I-94 expired and the date he actually left.
