my daughter fell in walmart slip on some kind of liquid
hitting her left arm on the lower shelf called for a manager .manger came ask if okay . also she feel with a 6 month old baby in her right arm babys okay. ask manager if there is any thing to fill out manager state no
went to hospital to check her arm dr's put her arn in a sling called manager the next day for claim number to file for medical purpose . the managers manager was in and not notified about any accident that took place the day before
she asked me if i filled out a claim form told her that the manager stated that there was nothing to fill out she asked me to come in and fill one out i was givin a claim phone number to call i've been calling for some time and got no where .then i finally got threw and spoke to a live person this person claimed there was know number for them to call me stated i left several messages no returned calls .any ways they told me not to worrie it will be taken cared of i just recived a bill for her doctors vist's and ex-rays and for her casting of her arm .she is still seeing a doctor for her injury's she needs to go to physcal therpy because she is still in pain what should i do ......

I am sorry to hear of your daughter's incident. Keep trying to call the insurance company. You will get a response. If you cannot wait, go to the store and speak to the general manager in person. Get his name so that so that he will follow up and contact the insurance company to call you. Ask the GM for the insurance company's address and fax number. You can then also write and fax the company. This will get them to respond. Once an insurance company receives a claim in writing, it will respond. Good luck to you.
