My daughter and mom were in an automobile accident and both suffered severe whiplash and are having severe migrane headaches and back pain, the other party was at fault and fled the scene...will the uninsured motoists stacked portion of my policy cover that?

From your question, I am assuming that your daughter and mom were in your car which was covered by an insurance policy that you purchased and that this was an accident which occurred in Hawaii - with a policy that was purchased in Hawaii.
