I was hit by a car while riding an electric scooter. i was in the crosswak. Have a HUGE gash across entire leg with lots of stitches and am having surgery tomorrow to put pins in a broken finger. Should I do anything legally now?

You should contact a lawyer to assist you in possible recovery for medical costs, lost wages, pain and suffereing etc. You should also get some photos of your injuries pre and post operation.
