my son got hurt on safeway property

my son got his arm hurt and the belt at safway cash regester his forarm skin got caut the staff diddnt help hardly any my son dont like going near regesters now and they say theres no resen for me to prosu it cause not ther falt that its my son falt his arm was drag in the built and that the machine worked good but it didnt stop what can i do

How bad were the injuries? Just scrape and burn or worse? Did his arm or shirt get caught in belt? How old is your son?
