Legal Question in Personal Injury in Hawaii

Using Tort/Personal Injury, Can I sue ex husband for extreme mental distress

I am divorcing my husband of five years because of the mental and psychological abuse he has been subjecting me to. During the marriage, there was a sexual assault (I was asleep), several incidents of invasion of privacy (''peeping''), drug use and coercion to use drugs by my husband, verbal abuse and terroristic threats to my life.

My question is this: Can I sue my husband for extreme psychological distress according to the personal injury laws and tort laws of Hawaii?

I am not aware of any law in Hawaii that prevents one spouse from suing the other for emotional distress.
