Legal Question in Personal Injury in Hawaii

I volunteered to clean the roof of my church and fell off because the ladder was not secured to the roof. What liability does the church have for my injuries?

Even though you were volunteering your services for your Church, the Curch still had a duty to provide reasonably safe premises for you including a secure ladder for you to access and leave the roof.
