abandoned property
upon verbal agreement personal property was left for one month. The one month agreement has expired 30 days ago with no attempt to contact me. All attempts to contact owner have been ignored. Do I have a right to dispose of said property? What is the procedure?

No, unfortunately, you do not have the right to dispose of the property as easily as that. Are you the Landlord and the possessions belong to your ex-Tenant? Because that makes a big difference. Feel free to email me again with more details. Aloha, Jon A. Zahaby
