Easement encroachments

I have a deeded 50 foot easement, and would like to put in electricity and widen and improve the road. The road is 970 feet long andlined with norfolk pines on one side and macadamia trees on the other, I will have to trim trees on both sides of the road and possibly take out a few trees. What is my legal stand. It isn't wide enough to get emergancy vehicles down as is.
