Easement Rights

We own a flag lot. Our neighbors have an easement which allows them engress and egress to their proerty over the flagpole portion of our property. They keep parking their vehicles on our property. We ask them to move them, they won't. We call the police and are told we must take it up in court! We are the legal owners, we pay the taxes....

Re: Easement Rights

Yes, you would need to sue for improper use of the easement. The actual easement grant would be pulled up from title and reviewed for uses allowed then attached to complaint. Aloha, Jon A. Zahaby, ESQ.
