Grandfathers real estate
My grandfather passed in 1990. He has property that was in his name only. My father paid taxes since then. He is now deceased. I am the daughter how do I get property transfered to me? No will for grand dad. Father didn't transfer into his name either. Grand dad died in Hawaii property in Nevada.

Re: Grandfathers real estate
Looks like Hawaiian law will apply, or possibly Nevada if there is only one piece of property. Consult with an attorney in one of those states. As an Arizona attorney I cannot give a positive answer.
Best regards.
