sale of real property
Can an owner of a minority interest in a piece of real estate force the sale it? Can one draw up a legal document to forbid that from happening if the above answer is yes?

Yes a small tenant in common interest can force the partition sale of a Hawaii property. However, a co-tenancy agreement can put restrictions on partitions and sale.
