I was stopped for the second time for no auto insurance in Hawaii. What are the penalties? Should I seek a lawyer?

No, you should seek an insurance agent.

Think of the money you would have saved if you had just gotten insurance!

The penalties should be available to you either online or at the local police station, if not on the back of your ticket.
