How do I locate/claim assets after a father has died leaving 2 minor children ?
A resident of Hawaii died in another state in Nov. of 1998 leaving 2 minor children (one is my son). My son now receives SS Survivor's benefits but I don't know how myself and the other child's mother can locate or claim assets. To my knowledge, the minors were no longer in the deceased's homemade will -- they were "written out" by the deceased. Thank you.
