Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Hawaii
Will, Estates
1) Upon my death, I do not want my sister to be included in any of my money or property. After my death, if I don't have her name/address or any info about her in my possession, is there still a way of her knowing I died?
2) I don't have a living will. What do I specifically write, in my will, that will totally exclude her from my will and not be able to contest it?

Re: Will, Estates
You should seek the counsel of a qualified attorney to assist you with the preparation of a valid Will. This should accomplish your goals with your estate.
