Can we book a Police Officer for misbehaving and manhadling?
Hi
I want to know that can we book a Police officer for his misbehaviour and manhadling because these days Police is harrasing people so much even if they enquiring from a person on the road they feel free to slap them so just wanted to know that what action we can take against such cops?

You question is too general in nature. It would be better if you specify your problem.
It is a matter of common knowledge that police officer does not enjoy any immunity from illegal action. There are so many police officers, even officers of the level of IGs and DGPs suffering prosection; and many have remained in jail or serving jail terms.
