Legal Question in Immigration Law in Idaho
Restricted Travel and Homeland Security
Non-citizen requested travel visa to Africa. Request was in transit on his departure date. He left without confirmation. Request was initially denied in composition, but upon further investigation it was found that his request had actually been granted. He is no longer allowed to return to the U.S.. What laws are being considered regarding this issue, and what options can be taken to hasten his return.

Need more information as to his status in the U.S. Did he request a visa to visit an african country from the country of his destination or are you refering to advanced parole to return to the U.S.? Why was he refused reentry?
