Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Idaho

Amended judgement

Can a judgement awarding attorney fees & costs from the district court be included with the appeals court judgement awarding attorney fees entered on the same document? Is there a time frame of when the judgement is final from the appeals court that it is entered as an ''amended judgement''?

Re: Amended judgement

1 is the judgment in the trial court and 1 is the judgment entered in the appeal court for the costs ans attorney's fees on appeal. Each is a separate judgment.

the appeals court doesn't generally grant an amended judgment. It reverses and remands to the trial court to consider an amended judgment in accordance with the decision of the appellate court.

The judgment is final when filed and date stampted by the clerk of the court.
