Legal Question in Banking Law in Idaho
safety box access
My father and I are or were the owners of a one signiture only required to access box. He passed away two years ago. His widow thinks she has a right to this!(not my mother).I'm the only living name on the box! Its all mine: right?

Are you over 21? Does bank allow you access? Whose property was in box? How did Will dispose of his Personal property?
