Do you have to declare bankruptcy on every debt?
Do a person have to declare bankruptcy on all the debt he owes? Can he keep things such as motorhome, boat, 4-wheeler, & piano?

You must list all debts but you are allowed to reaffirm debts on the items you want to keep.
