Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Idaho
Exempt assets when filing for bankruptcy
Can a retirement plan, IRA's or 401(K)'s, be liquidated when filing for bankruptcy? What about a house that doesn't have much equity in it yet, and what is the limit of the value of a car that is exempt.
Thanks.
