Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Idaho
being sued by collection Co.
Can a Collection Company combine 3 bills and sue you for them? I have requested dates from them because some of the bills are work comp bills and they would not give them to me.
Thank You Jacquie

It is very possible. Collection company's collect for a wide variety of creditors. If your 3 creditors turned over your account for collection to the same company, they probably combined the bills to make filing of the Complaint easier.
