Tax Liens
I have tax liens in California and Idaho I would like to know if you are able to file bankrupycy on tax liens? Thank you for any help you are able to give me.

Tax liens survive bankruptcy. However, depending on how much the property on which they are secured is worth, you may very well be able to abate the taxes and release the liens after a bankruptcy case if the taxes are otherwise dischargeable in bankruptcy.
