Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Idaho
Is it true that a second mortgage can be discharged in bakruptcy even while keeping your first loan and your home? What if my ex-spouse is on the note but not on the deed to the home due to filing a quit claim? I am trying to decide my best option and avoid foreclosure if possible since the property is valued nearly $100,000 less than what is owed. Thanks
