living with someone who already owned a business purchased another one I am involved in all aspects but i am not on the purchase agreement where do i stand

I see that your question relates to Idaho law. Not sure Idaho would treat the circumstances similarly to California. Probably Idaho's law on quantum meruit and quasi-contracts is the same or similar, but have no idea how they treat common-law marriage (not recognized in California) or living-together arrangements (until Martin v. Martin generally frowned upon by CA courts as immoral, mabe ID more or less so).
