is there a contract out there for club owners and bikini pole dancers

As a Franchise Attorney I'm not familiar with such a contract. Do you want one for the club owner or for the bikini pole dancer? They would be worlds apart, but a relatively short distance as measured by the bikini pole. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
