Legal Question in Business Law in Idaho
Hook and lure
If an ad states the price of a car as $2,599 but the dealer wants $25,000 could that ad be considered a hook and lure, could we get the car for the price it was advertised for?
Could they say it was just a mis-print even if it was clearly marked $2,599?
