Legal Question in Business Law in Idaho
I am looking to start a supplement business, but i want to know all of the laws before i start. i have manufacturers from china that are waiting for me. my plan is to buy ingredients from china and bottles and all the supplies and than put it together her in the unitied states and sell it to the public and to little businesses here and in mÉxico.... am i required to have gmp certified facility?

It's probably a good idea to have a GMP certified facility, yes. Be very careful because you can get in a lot of trouble if you don't follow all the laws about supplements.
