My ex wife
We had a few credit cards one was in her name and when we got a divorce she kept some of my things locked up. I have been paying the card and all the sudden I go from a 100 dollar payment to a 300 dollar payment after the devorce she charged off another card and put it on the discover card im paying. I fell behind and sent a letter to discover and told them I could pay a set amount, I am now paying this set amount. they have been calling me all the time, my ex wife is now giving the card company my parents numbers, I need help a way to get her off my back, she has some things of mine I will never get back and she is messing with me all the time. please help

You need to go back to court and have them sanction her. She was not legally permitted AFTER the divorce (or, really during negotiations), to change the deal by using a card you owed to pay off a bill she owed by judgment.
If she had responsibliity for the credit card debt, that responsibility hasn't changed. You SHOULD have straightened out her right to use the cards and had her deliver a cut up card to you at divorce, but that's water under the bridge.
Take your proof of the payments and the dates , her scam and go back to court.
If you didn't get your stuff, use tat as leverage when you get to court,--maybe instead of sanctions, she can give you your stuff, but again, that should have been dealt with before teh judge signed the papers.
