Legal Question in Consumer Law in Idaho
eviction of tenent for non payment
I have served a 3 day eviction notice but the renter refuses to move and owes for the last 2 months. Is there any easy way to evict them without spending a lot of money. The rent is $280 per month. any suggestins within the law?

You'll need to hire local (ID) counsel, but you can try going to the tenant and offering him or her whatever the filing fee is for an Unlawful Detainer (eviction) proceeding to move out voluntarily. You should get them to sign a receipt and waiver if they take the deal.
