Legal Question in Consumer Law in Idaho
expensive auto repair
my truck in the last year has had three major repairs in the last year, all related to the same part. one month after the last repair my truck blew a head gasket due to the same part leaking water. Unfortunatly this wrecked my engine, and I am now looking at 7000 dollars for a used engine and 12000 for a new one. The dealership that did the repairs refuses to accept any blame for the damage, and the diesel mechanic who currently has my truck torn apart concurs that the blown head gasket is result of bad repairs done by the dealership. Do I have any case against the dealership in making them pay for the repairs, and getting back approxamatly 1000 dollars back in previous repairs that were not done properly?
