Rights For Auto Reposession
My car was repo'd and the contract reads If the payment is 30 days late or one day after scheduled payment repossesion will happen without notice, I made the payment via check and told them that I would be making the deposit the following day on my way to the bank with cash they sent my Step-son to repo the car and then when I contacted them to make arrangements to pay the payment and the repo charge I am getting no where I was only late with this payment and it was 5 days late and I had the late fee and car payment in cash in hand and they drove away with the car, what can I do?

Altho I havent read the contract, usually if you are late, no matter how late, the lienor can repo your car. I'd have to read the contract to tell you anything else
