Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Idaho
Lease Agreement
My landlords told me I could move out of my house. I just needed to get somebody else in there for my roommate. My lease is up in March of 2007. Im getting married. I spoke with my landlords today and they said I could still move out, but I have to stay on the lease until the term is up. I will still be held responsible until March. so my question is: can I write a letter stating that Im moving out and Im turning full responsibility of my lease over to *A and put his contact info. on it. and send it to the landlord thru registered mail? If I did that would that stand up in the court of law?
