contributing to minors
If you get caught in North Dakota for buying alcohol for minors. And you leave the state. Is it an extraditable offense from the state of Idaho?

Usually prosecuting attorneys do not extradite for such offenses.
The usually only extradite if the case is a felony and involves at least
$1000.00 amount in the crime, or the crime is a serious felony
If you didn't cause the minor to commit a serious felony you are probable
okay regarding extradition is concerned
