Quickest and easiest way to do expungment of misdeamnor criminal record?

file a motion in court, set it for a hearing, at the hearing, prove to the court that it is in yours and the state of Idaho's best interests to do so. this is a matter of discretion by the court since there is no Idaho statute that allows expungement.
