Legal Question in Criminal Law in Idaho
felony charge
I am being charged with injury to a child. they are saying that I left my child in a hotel room for an hour but it is not true and I may be able to prove that I was not goin for 1 hour. I admit that I was gone for 10-15 min. Is this going to make a diffrence? Me and my child are not residents of Idaho but that is where the charge is. I have my pleminary hearing on feb 23ed are they going to allow my child to return to Iowa with me? He is now in Idaho with his father.

Re: felony charge
The preliminary hearing is a probable cause hearing. I suggest that you obtain qualified legal representation in Idaho at your earliest opportunity to protect your rights.
