Legal Question in Criminal Law in Idaho

What can I do?

My husband for which I have been seperated from for over 6 years,killed a man in Idaho 3 years ago. He ran a stop sign and a man on a motorcycle ran into him as they were both driving threw the intersection. The 60 year old man was thrown a hundred feet and was killed instantely. The work truck my ex was in rolled and he was hurt also,but only minor injuries. The police came to the hospital were he was being treated to arrest him for manslaughter but his boss talked them into letting him go and said hed take responiablity for him going to court.WEll my ex fled back here to California and for a few months I USED TO GET CALLS ASKING ABOUT WHERE HE WAS--BUT THEY HAVE ENDED.MY PROBLEM IS THAT HE HAS ALWAYS DONE THIS KIND OF IRRESPONIABLE KIND OF CRAP AND I FEEL SORRY FOR THE FAMILY OF THIS MAN WHO WOULD PROBABLY LIKE TO HAVE SOME CLOSURE.I KNOW IT HAPPENED IN SEPTEMBER OF 2002-IN TWIN FALLS iDAHO BUT i DONT KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT GETTING MORE INFROMATION--CAN YOU HELP?

Unfortunately, you are asking your question here on LawGuru. We are lawyers. My legal advice, and I presume that of every other lawyer, will be to keep your mouth shut and look out for #1. I realize this is not what you wanted to hear, maybe you should be talking to a minister, bartender, or shrink.
