Can Idaho subpoena a person from Washington?
Can Idaho subpoena a person from Washington state? If so, is there any clause that would allow a person with no means to get out of a subpoena? Thank you.

Call the attorney who issued the subpoena and ask him to forward to you the mileage fees and witness fees. If you have to stay overnight, ask him to pay in advance any hotel costs as well
