Legal Question in Criminal Law in Idaho

Motion/Order to Expunge

I cannot find any information on how to have a misdemeanour expunged in Idaho. I was told by the Court Clerk of the particular county, and they had no specific forms, and that I was to find a generic one. I have yet to find it. I don't even know if Idaho expunges adult records. I would appreciate any sites or contacts you could give me. Thanks

Hello:

I don't have any information on Idaho law and I am not familiar with the jurisdiction. I recommend trying a search on Google to see if Idaho posts its statutes on line... If so, search the statutes for the information you are seeking. Colorado has everything on line, with a search engine, so that people can find the information... Hopefully, Idaho will have the same.

If not, I recommend calling an attorney there and seeing if he will tell you how to go about the process. Good luck.
