Legal Question in Criminal Law in Idaho
What papers do I file to expunge criminal records?
My daughter plead guilty to misdemeanor domestic violence in Idaho (2000). She is done with probation without incident, paid the fine and attended the anger management classes. Now she wants to enter the Military. We would like to file the necessary papers in Idaho to expunge her records. What papers do I need to file? Do we need to serve the Prosecutor with the Petition/Motion? Will we need to travel to Idaho to make an appearance?

You should resubmit your question as a question on Idaho law rather than California law.
