Warrants
My son may have a warrant in idaho for failing to complete his probation. Can he turn himself in in another state and stay in that state for the penalty

You need to contact an Idaho attorney in the county that carries the probation violation. If the original charge was out of Texas, the answer would be no. If Texas wanted to extradite him, he would have to answer to the charges in the same court that issued the probation sentence.
