Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Idaho

Music Law

I played in a local band that doesn't have a record label. I am not in the band anymore, but the other two members are selling music and not giving me any of the profit. I played on the recordings that they are selling. Is there any thing that can be legally done because I am not recieving money for recorded songs that I played to?

An attorney will need more details, but it sounds like you have a claim for part of the profits. Feel free to contact me on this; my firm focuses on Internet and entertainment law.
