Legal Question in Family Law in Idaho
Child support after another child
I pay child support for my 2 sons in Montana (that my wife and I are currently fighting for custody of.) I also pay for a child here in Idaho. My question is: My wife and I want to have a baby. Will the Idaho childsupport take into consideration my new child, lowering that child support? I know Montana does. Thanks

Yes! All of your children, whether your natural or adopted child will be taken into consideration in Idaho. You will need to file a Petition for Modification of the divorce decree. I give a free half hour consultation in my office if you'd like to come in to get more detailed info. My teleph # is 208-345-3817
