What is the statute of limitations of collecting back child support in the state of Georgia?

The way you have worded the question makes it difficult to answer. If you are the party receiving the support, you should file your action within two years of the date of the judgment. If you are the party paying, you have different statutes of limitations depending on who (e.g., your ex or some agency) takes action. Finally, you have to consider the issue of "dormancy" of actions, which is too complicated to explain here.
