Custody question

Can a non primary custodial parent legally make a primary custodial parent take their child to counseling because of a bulimia problem she deals with.

you would have to go to court to do so. if you have a divorce decree or paternity decree, then you both were awarded legal custody of the child. Therefore, all important decisions you and she must make regarding the child should be made jointly by you both.

You can always sue to force her to do so tho and the court will make the decision for you both
