who gets custody?

My wife and i divorced in Idaho, then moved to Florida to try to work it out. It didnt work now i want to move back home to Idaho but she wants to stay in idaho. We both have joint custody of the kids with both of the kids spending equal time at each of our homes. she wants the kids to stay with her and we can not come to terms on what to do with the kids. what does the law say?

Re: who gets custody?

you must move the court for an order modifying the court decree. Since this would be a Fla problem, I can't advise you as to the law in that state. You need to seek legal advice there.
