deposittion

Who may attend deposition? Would I be able to accompany my husband to his deposition of his ex?

only the parties, their attorneys, the court reporter, and the witness are generally allowed in the deposition unless both attorneys and the parties so agree. Its not likely that your hub's ex will want you to be present.
