Can a Russian wife take an infant through marriage back to Russia without the father's consent?

You should not do so because the child was born in Idaho,

I presume, and both parties have joint custody of the child.

The correct way is to file a motion in court to allow you to

take the child to Russia or get a stipulation with the father

to do so.
