Interim Child Custody Order

I am trying to find a form called an Interim Child Custody Order. Could you please tell me where I could find this form or an example that I could use. I am trying to locate this to help a friend that is out of financial resources and trying Pro Se to get a temporary order to get her two children back due to a change in circumstances. Any input on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Go to the clerk's office in the county seat wherein you reside and they should be able to help you.
