Re: Legal Separation

to enter into a legal separation under Idaho Code section 32-704(2) by a court ordered legal separation or by a legal separation agreement, executed by both of you in writing settling all the issues of to whom the community property is distributed and who will pay the community debts, who gets the children and what the visitation will be, what amount of child support should be paid by the visiting parent, how should the taxes be prepared and paid, etc. You should hire an attorney to do this for you to do it right of course. I give a free half hour consultation in my office. 208-345-3817
